Firewire lead IEEE 1394, 6 Pin active ext 5mts

The IEEE 1394 specification limits a single FireWire cable to 15 feet (4.5 meters), but if you need to connect your FireWire cable peripherals over a longer distance then use an active extender/repeater.
The repeater has an internal IEEE 1394 chip. This allows you to connect repeaters in series up to 50 metres from the original FireWire host system.
Uses PC internal power supply.
